Total scam! Stay away from these guys. They will make a lot of promises and then do nothing. Stay…read moreaway!!!

My complaint is that Stagvid media made grossly misleading, fraudulent claims and used predatory…read moresales tactics is solicitatIng my business. I had 3 calls with salesman Zach Atkeson whose team had been in the backend of my Facebook account. Here are the questions and answers that I made my decision based on( which were completely untrue) before agreeing to sign and have them manage my account.1. What is the your success rate of scaling businesses to 5X? Zach-"70%.The 30% that don't scale are products that have never been to market and we don't make them any promises. With your account we see the data from the four months of advertising and know where you went wrong. This is a home run for us no problem". 2. What is my best and worst case scenario? "We have clients we have scaled to hundreds of thousands of dollars a month." I replied... and what is the worst case scenario? Will you at least be able to get me to 2 or 3X to recoup my investment? "Absolutely, this is a home run for us" " we have a proven system and we can definitely get you to 5X". This is the verbal agreement on what signing up for there service would entail and the amount of financial exposure I would have. Had he been honest and said we do have clients that never make any of it back and lose a couple of grand on top of that I NEVER, EVER would have taken that risk. I signed on to have Stagvid media manage my social media advertising for three month and signed a contract to do so. This was done in the expectation (per the sales calls with Zach Atkeson) that we would have a 5X (500%) return on ad spend from the "proven" system that would have me at $25k return on a 5k ad spend my month three and from there on. There fee schedule for the first two months were $10500 (which was paid) then 15% of sales there after. At the 60 day mark my account was averaging .63X meaning the account was hemorrhaging money every day. As their third months fees were a percentage of sales which are dismal so they let me out of my contract early. This is my claim filed with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to expand on this. In the three phone calls with their salesman. He said a 5x return and should expect $25k in sales month three at least a dozen times. Month one is testing, by the end of month two they should be "dialed in" and at the end of month three a 5X return. Once I signed up the only person I had contact with was my account manager Christian. He was great at keeping the line of communication open and was personable. He updated me on the account weekly via email and phone calls. When I asked him about the expected anticipated results he always was super careful with his words never giving a "you should expect X by Y" which is far from what I was sold on. He was honest. Here is the ROAS of my acct by week 1.)0.34 2.)0.38 3.)0.63 4.)0.68 5.)0.27 6.)0.91 7.)0.47 8.)0.80. After we had a .82 ROAS on black friday thru cyber Monday I scheduled a phone call with Christian where he was nice and understanding as usual. I said this account is obviously not a home run for you as planned and the likely hood of it turning around and being profitable for both parties were slim. We were at the 60 day mark where we should be "dialed in' but were still testing. I asked him to ask the owners what they thought would be fair as far as refunding me as they fell so incredibly short of what was sold to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they have such a good track record my act must be a fluke. Offer me a partial refund and we both move on. Their response was "business is business" which I agree as long as both parties are honest on what they are signing up for. This was not the case. I then told Christian everything said in the sales calls and thought maybe they didn't know what was being promised on these calls. They responded that they stand behind their salesman. I thought Stagvid had the golden ticket with their "proven system". It turns out they just test ads on ad groups then optimize like every other advertising agency but lie on sales calls
