She inaccurately charted a diagnosis, medication, symptoms I was experiencing and what my other doctors are treating. I messaged her through my chart about my concern to have this fixed and she responded with " Hi, that is fine if you want to see a different doctor- I usually don't go back and change my notes, no time in my schedule to go double my work." A doctor that doesn't go back and fix an error, is a huge red flag. Especially when I have records to back up that what she put was false. That will affect my future care going forward with other providers because what she put was false. Her avoiding to do the right thing and fix her notes is definitely wrong...and she isn't willing to make it right? Just see another provider if you can, or be aware if something's not right she doesn't own up to making it right. It would be nice if providence them self would fix this, but no one has called me back after I reached out.

I was seen by Doctor Davis, and everything, every detail of my visit was " Top Notch! ". Doctor Davis and the entire staff were very pleasantly professional. I explained my health problems, Dr Davis listen, asked questions as he needed, directed his staff to perform specific additional testing and examination as directed. Reviewed the results and returned with directions regarding my specific medication requirements as well as blood testing to follow. I was possibly seen 10 min. after my appointment time, but the care I received was excellent and I fully expect it will continue at this high level in the future.

There is only one area where I could see that someone might consider an opportunity for improvement and that's scheduling. I believe that it's Beverly's absolute empathy for her patients and her willingness to listen that causes her to get behind in the schedule and I think that's a non issue due to the level of care being provided. But now to make matters worse, Providence has removed all incoming call reception from the clinics and routed all calls to a call center somewhere. There has not been a single time since they made this change that I or anyone else in my family has been able to make it through the call queue in under 20 minutes. It's usually closer to 30. This is not an exaggeration. We went from being able to actually call our doctor's team and talking to someone in one or two minutes at the most, to now having to listen to the entire hold music menu twice over every time we call, and keep in mind that we're calling our doctor about our health, so sometimes timeliness matters. This is an unmitigated disaster and whoever made this decision should not only be fired, but should be permanently blacklisted from ever working anywhere ever again, because it shows either extreme incompetence or extreme hostility toward patients, or perhaps both. And if you thought mychart was a good alternative, think again. They also offsited message screening to some centralized location so not only does it take forever to hear back, but you're usually not even talking to your own clinic. The whole system is broken and it would be better to just let Providence go under than to let it languish in eternal decline, dragging their patients down with them.

Most of the medical buildings have a coffee kiosk (that also has snacks and/or pre-made salads and sandwiches). The hospital has a large cafeteria and coffee "bistro" that are very good. On nice days there are lovely outdoor areas to sit with benches, tables, foliage, and some have fountains/water features (very peaceful areas to just hang out and relax) Parking is very, very full (almost always) in all of the lots and structures, so give yourself extra time to find a spot!
