Thoroughly unimpressed with the professionalism of this law firm, especially the receptionists. It started with the receptionist who should, at very least, comb his hair. I understand that scheduling conflicts arise, but you do have our phone number and can call us. In this day and age, you'll probably actually reach us on a cellular phone and not a land-line fastened to a wall in the kitchen, right? My frustration could easily have been resolved with a quick phone call and a sincere, honest, apology. Erica, you let us down. I took a day off of work to make this appointment that never happened because "there is no one else to see you." That's $661.72 I'll never get back. Schedule an appointment with Erica at 11am 2/28/17. Got there at 10:40am. Few minutes before 11am receptions had me fill out a form. Receptionist didn't tell me she was with a client. So at 11:30am I'm still waiting & receptionist tells me nothing. I go to him and ask, how much longer? He replies "I don't know because she's still with client" I let him know that my appointment was at 11am. He's response "ok I'll send her another message".
