I will admit, I was drawn in by the five star rating along with his positive reviews but truthfully my experience doesn't match like the majority of people here mention. Things started well, the check for my vehicle after being labeled a total loss was given to me within the first two weeks of my case. The thing I most remember was my insurance company being the scapegoat for the majority of his excuses as to why things were delayed/difficult which I'm sure held some truth even though I've never had any prior issues with previous law firms. When I wanted to speak about compensation in regards to what I should expect to receive in monetary terms from the get go, I was shutdown and told to wait as it was too early which again it probably was but I just wanted his take on things and to see if we were on the same page.
