I've been here for 6 months and the spider webs, wasps nests are still there. Place is so trashy and cops are always around from noise complaints and domestic violence. There was a shooting here couple months ago. Crazy. But they charge so dang much for something so crappy. Can't wait to end my contract. The only nice people here are the people in the counter who works compared to the management you barely see doing anything.

Well, the fishing pond is actually just a weed infested cesspool. The dog park poorly taken care of and smells like dog waste. The pools have been functional for 3 months of the 15 months we lived here. The gym has one working treadmill and one working elliptical, all other machinery is busted. The clubhouse, in all honesty, is pretty nice. While living here there has been a gun shoot out in the courtyard, multiple domestic police calls to the apartment the floor above us, and intoxicated people wandering around in the early hours of the morning. We had a dog while here. The apartment is very strict in move in about getting your dog verified to live here. They preach cleanliness and certain dog breeds. At every grassed area there is mounds of dog poop and no punishment for not cleaning it up. Certain breed are not allowed, yet those breeds are still here AND have attacked dogs. All in all, save your bank and sanity by NOT moving here

All in all, this complex is a fabulous place to live! I moved here from out of state so had to find…read moresomething last minute. Noah and Brittanie in the office were more than accommodating in answering all of my questions. The location is fantastic for anyone commuting downtown! The apartments themselves are gorgeous and very spacious. To address the concerns in other reviews: the noise levels are pretty standard for apartment living. (I'd opt for the top floor if you have the choice!) You do have the option to pay for covered parking, but it gets a bit crowded if you have more than one person in your apt. Price wise they are pretty spendy; however, they're comparable to what other luxury apartments are going for in the area. My only complaint is the "communications package" you have to purchase. (Also, standard with other apartment complexes in the city.) The internet is extremely slow and barely streams Netflix. You do have the option to upgrade but it costs more money. (Maybe we'll have Google Fiber soon?!) Maintenance requests are completed incredibly quickly and I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the entire team. Overall a wonderful place to live!

The PRISMA platform they use will over charge you then they tell you to speak with the property manager. Then the property manager refers you back to PRISMA. So, you spend hours trying to get someone knowledgeable to help you. Terrible living experience. Read other reviews and it's obvious they were asked for. Nobody gives a damn how good of a tour you can give of a unit. Useless information.

There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

The…read morelast place I lived, I dreaded talking to the front office staff, but everybody here is very friendly and respectful of my input. The building is relatively new, so I didn't have a lot of maintenance requests in the year I lived here, but when I did have maintenance issues, the turnaround was never more than 48 hours, and the maintenance staff is courteous and efficient. We didn't use the amenities much but this place seemed to have them all: indoor pool, outdoor pool, free (albeit small) gym, library/theater, covered parking, onsite storage, and laundry rooms. We brought our own washer and dryer, and there were hookups in our apartment (I think they all have hookups). The front office was also perpetually scheduling community activities, which we also didn't participate in but looked fun. Obviously the management can't control annoying neighbors, and we did have some, BUT the walls/floors are thick enough in the units that most outside noise was blocked out. Really the only downside of living here was the central air - in a (wise) effort to save floor space, the unit was placed in the ceiling of the kitchen, and it can be noisy. It works great, but it's definitely a noticeable sound. Small price to pay for the many other perks of living here! One last thing - for the rent, I don't think this place can be beaten. In the Salt Lake/Bountiful area, it's perhaps an average or slightly-above-average rent, but that rent is easily justified when you see staff out every day watering the hanging flowerbeds, shoveling snowy sidewalks, painting scuffed walls, etc. etc.
