I used the app to pay for my pump, then a week later, I notice that I got 2 charges in this gas stations on the same day in my credit card. I came and talked to them. They said they don't have any footprints/ camera of that day. They said that the footprints/ camera don't work. They also told me that they couldn't reprint the receipt or looked back the history of transaction. The maximum days for them to check history is 3 days back. He told me that he needed to talk to his boss. They denied to refund me money even I came with my statement, my receipts (the e-receipt in the app), and the Apple Pay history. I tried to prove them everything but they still denied my case. I had to call to the credit card to report it. The credit card company finally refund me my money back. After that, I don't do gas as Exxon as I used to because I am afraid of extra/ double charge on my card and they will say that their camera doesn't work/ they can't see any history of the transaction of that day. How do I see the transaction post right away in the credit card so I can come and tell them within 3 days? Most of the time, gas station just put a pending of $1 when I fill gas then the money is kicking in couple days later. Just be aware of using credit card to pay at this gas station or keep the receipt until you can see your transactions in your credit card. I'm using wawa now coz wawa is much cheaper and nicer than this gas station.

The young gas station employee behind the counter waved me to come inside for shelter as it was raining sideways and I was getting soaked even though I was under the roof by the pumps. After waiting in the small convenience store for about 5 minutes a man from the repair shop (who implied it was his shop, not sure if that's true) came in from the repair shop and demanded that I leave, at first I asked if he was joking. He said no, then I asked if it was for covid, he said "we can call it that". Then I asked for him to clarify, and he just said "sticky fingers" implying that I was going to take the opportunity to steel from his shop while taking shelter. When I spoke to the attendant he said I couldn't rent a Van[they had 2) because I was late and he canceled my reservation. I said can I rent now and he said I would have to go back online to reserve a Van, which is a pain in the butt. So I said I'm right here, just start a contract. He said No. So I laughed and basically laughed and said You just Lost money your Foolish. I then went to another U haul and rented a van in 10 minutes. I would Never do business with this dump again.
