I visited this store maybe a week or so ago. I only came to try the $6.00 deal that I heard about. The store appeared very clean and organized. It's also a gas station as well. So let's get into it. I walked up to the kiosk and punched in my order for my chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread. The order is posted in my photos for this review. While waiting for my sandwich to be prepared I grabbed some jalapeño chips and a small mixed zero calorie soda. It took less than 10 minutes. I was in and out. The food was delicious. I even ended up returning two days later for the same thing. Give it a try. You have several sandwiches, chips and sodas to choose frim. read more

not too sure how 6 people behind the food counter can have the combined manpower of a toddler, but they surely do! honestly it would be quicker for me to go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients for my wrap, fry it up at home, and assemble it myself. the "manager" in charge of food service stood there and talked to the employees while there were several individuals standing there for almost 30 minutes waiting for their food. next time i think of stopping here i'll make sure to put my order in an hour beforehand, hopefully that'll be enough time for them to make everything... read more

I ordered food on the app and it really is not easy to figure out where the food is because they have one station for DoorDash and the other station for personal mobile orders. But if you come through the wrong door, you won't know which one is which because the sign says mobile orders on both. The store is so busy and associates. Will see you standing looking lost and won't ask you if you need help. They also simply catch your attitude when you ask for help because you feel like you've been waiting when your order should've been ready 20 minutes ago. Finally, my biggest issue was that they put my drink out and didn't even think to put like a sticker or anything to cover it up. Not really a fan of this particular location. read more

Oh my goodness, my whole family can't get over how amazing Wawa catering was! Jack was the best. . . calling me after his shift to review nutrition info, then calling the next day to check I ordered the correct cheese on the sandwich (he remembered me saying my mom likes Swiss). The fact that all the workers signed a card for my mom was above and beyond. And of course the food was delicious! read more

The food is always decent. I usually get served pretty quickly when I order food. Most of your time will be spent when trying to put in air in your tires. I spent 20 mins in line one time. read more

I love wawa food, and the gas price is much cheaper than any other gas stations around. One complain is that they let some customers who don't use the pump parking at the pump station for long time while many cars was driving around looking for an empty pump. They should do something about this. read more

This place is SUPER busy- All the time. It's a fairly new location. It's very spacious and clean. The service is good. One of its best features is the kiosk to order food. You get to design items the way you want. My turkey sub was DELISH! I saw someone getting one of the biggest smoothies ever. It must have been at least 32 Oz. It took everything in me not to order one too. Unfortunately, my hips don't lie and neither does my stomach . So, I stuck to my little sandwich. The gas prices are normally a few cents less than what I find at other places. Each gas port has a lot of space in between, which I love, because you don't get stuck if you need to get around another vehicle to pull out. I send my oldest girl to WaWa for a turkey & ham club sandwich, soon as I opened it I knew it wasn't what I ordered, they gave me a turkey and ham sandwich, no one was at the deli, I stood there for a good 5/6 minutes without being acknowledged but I was kept being looked at, I say excuse me and showed them what they made, the dark one gave me attitude while the white one thought it was funny, ask for manager, I have the receipt in hand but he had to go check and wanted to know the time, like really, I don't even want the sandwich now I was watching them make my food over, so big Boi came from register and stood right in my way so I couldn't see it for that reason I don't even want to sandwich but to be clear people if you work with the public then you need to have common courtesy respect decency and learn how to talk to your customers because if we don't come in here and patronize your job when you have a job a little disappointment on how I was made to feel like I did something wrong and to them, I wasn't belligerent I wasn't getting smart I didn't give attitude but I got all those things done to me all behind a turkey and ham club sandwich read more

Dirtiest WaWa EVER! They should be ashamed of themselves. I've been to plenty of WaWa's especially when traveling and have never been in a WaWa so disgusting. There were cups and such all over the floor in front of the fountain drink area. They were out of many of their drinks as well. I was so disgusted I refused to purchase anything from here. I was excited to see Wawa come closer to our home. The trek to Rosedale was long. I only have one favorite hoagie that I order ever since my college days in PA. While I like this new Wawa, I do not like the bread. For some reason it's hard. I haven't received that from the other Wawa establishments. This is my third time experiencing this. Your worker last night that was working around midnight last night had the audacity to ask my friend if she was broke because her card declined. The pump wasn't working outside so, naturally, after she said that she was angry and proceeded to come back out and ask me to go in. I wall in with the card and again, naturally, hand her my card instead of sticking it in the machine and she really said to me "first of all get that card out of my face." If this is how your employees treat paying customers than they should not be in customer service. It's extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable when we're simply trying to make it home on gas. Usually Wawa is pretty good at making your food order quickly. Unfortunately I don't know what the issue was today. There were people stating they had been waiting for over 20 mins. I didn't believe it until I ordered. My order took 26 minutes for a sub!!! I noticed there were 3 people working behind the food counter. Not all working on separate items to help speed things up, but all working on 1 item at a time together. This was ridiculous. The guy behind the counter was spending to much time talking then making food. The staff should have spread out and focused on different items. I noticed people's food items were getting missed, stolen, and messed up. This is unacceptable. Even during a busy lunch rush At other locations my food only took 5-10 minutes max. This location needs better staff with more work ethics. read more

I've been to multiple wawas in 5 different states and this location is by far the worst. There will be 7 people working in the food prep area with only 2 working and stressing out because they are overwhelmed meanwhile the other 5 are just standing around talking and playing which the work load is left on the ones actually working. They are out of food to order half the time and the drink cooler is half empty most of the time and it takes weeks to get stuff back in stock. NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT. read more

Mildly confused because I almost always have pretty decent experiences here. However, I placed an online order for the first time early this morning and when I arrived my order was just tucked in the corner of the drop-off window. When I piped up to ask if my order was already made they directed me to collect my items from the pile and acted annoyed that I was supposed to know my order would be sitting with other loose items in the corner of the window. Fine, it happens. I was, however, particularly irritated that when I asked whether the unlabeled sub on the counter was mine some worker I wasn't speaking to goes, "Everything is there. You're welcome." Um. You don't get thanks for a half-assed job, I just asked a question about the food i paid for. You would've gotten your thanks if you weren't so entitled over making a simple sandwich and scooping mac n cheese that you couldn't even be bothered to bag. read more

I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich with pesto to go and as i was eating the first half of my sandwich there was a hair inside the sandwich (yuck!!) and the chicken was quite fatty and chewy it was not a good quality chicken, like there was something weird about it, yet I was hungry and continued eating more of the sandwich and then I swallowed what I think was a chicken bone ( sharp and hard) Totally gross!!! They are very nice and friendly staff and I would give them a higher rating except they are SLOW. It's miserably slow. They stand around laughing and talking to one another and slowly fix your food. Sometimes I'm rushing in during my 15min break and I end up spending the entire time in there waiting on them. I would like it if they focused more on the job at hand and talk later read more

Ordered online and got it perfect. Really the way to go for sandwiches since this looks like a busy Wawa.

I used to go to the Royal Farms but so happy WaWa opened. Gas prices are great, easy to get in and out of, and plenty of pumps. The staff is also extremely friendly. I find myself happy to go in for my morning coffee, which is always perfectly hot and plenty to select from. But someone is always greeting you or asking how your morning is. With the morning rush, it is a pleasant surprise to see people remain in a good mood. And for a quick lunch or breakfast, their sandwiches are pretty good. Nothing over the top but the price isn't ridiculous and they make them right there. I certainly don't have high expectations for a gas station so it is refreshing that each time I go, they exceed them! read more
