My initial contact with Tony made my decision to choose his car service an easy one. He was punctual on both points of pick up and I found riding with him very enjoyable. Tony responded to my text mssg updates promptly on my return flight info, and he bravely navigated the horrible pedestrian p/u area at Dulles. Under no circumstances would you ever want to put your life on the road in this company's hand. My…read moredriver was texting and driving at 60+ mph, which is illegal in MOST U.S. states, but when I called to complain about it, I received an answer of "how else do you think he's supposed to contact the company?". Umm... maybe a phone call? Or, nothing in life is that urgent? My cab ride was no more than 45 minutes. Not only was management un-apologetic, he grouped me in with "black people" because, apparently, they receive a lot of calls from "those types"? So what you've got here is a racist idiot who doesn't understand when something is illegal, ironic coming from someone who isn't from the U.S. (he had such a heavy accent, honestly it was hard to understand him). He tried calling back, presumably to just yell at me for another 10 minutes, but he's funny if he thinks I'd pick up that phone call. There's something so gratifying about hanging up on really, dumb people.
