This option was listed on the website so I thought, perfect! The other websites did not list their destinations or pick ups so it's a loss to them. Anyways, first I asked for just a round trip, which came out to about $1046 for 3 people. Then my son and husband decided to come, so we would have to be in a corporate van for $1292 round trip. Then I had the grand idea of doing a mini tour because we would be landing early in the morning and we couldn't check into our hotel until the afternoon. They quoted me $80/hr plus I had to pay for the driver to sleep at a nearby hotel so that he wouldn't go over the limit on how many hours a chauffeur could drive law. The booking process was a little lengthy because they need to know the exact places you want to go because they need to map out the times. The chauffeur then texted me the day before so that I would have his number and that he wouldn't be able to meet us at the gate because the construction at the airport made the parking far away. I wanted to be met at the baggage claim, but I thought ok this guy knows better because he's from the area. When we landed I texted him and he was at the curb in minutes! I have to say our driver Bob Brown was the nicest, most courteous, chauffeur! He went above and beyond. He told us that if we wanted to go anywhere along the way to just let him know, from the way the booking went I thought we had to stick to the destinations only, but Bob made everything so easy. We got to see the jersey shore, where they filmed the show. People laughed because they were confused as to why we would come all the way from Hawaii to see this but hey we're tourist! Then we went to Philadelphia to see the Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and the Rocky steps lol! We loved seeing these historic sights and spent more time than we were supposed to but Bob was still the most courteous person. We were tired after this so we asked to just go to the hotel instead of going to Hershey World as planned. When we arrived at the hotel Bob informed us that he would also be doing our return trip tomorrow the airport and that really put me at ease because I knew we would be in good hands. We had to be picked up at 3 am to get to our flight at JFK and Bob was early. He even helped me out because Enterprise rental car was not open on Sunday and they didn't tell me so I didn't have a ride back to the hotel as they had assured me when I picked up the car! So the next morning Bob followed me to Enterprise to drop the car off and we went on our way. He even told us he would wake us up for a bathroom break before we hit the morning traffic, but when we woke up we were already at the airport! I was so happy because I got to sleep before my 11 hour flight home with my 1 year old baby. Thank goodness for Bob! You need to ask for Bob Brown when booking this reliable company! My family and I will never forget Bob!

He met us promptly at the airport within 5 minutes of our text. So much nicer than fighting the lines for the rental cars, or parking areas, and nice to be able to relax after our flight and not have to worry about the driving. He was very nice on the phone and quickly communicated over email and he informed me that his wife would be the driver, no problem as he said she was licensed to drive. The car was on time for the day of the event , big problem their was someone in the passenger seat. When I asked who was in the car she informed me it was her mother,,, really!!!! Needless to say my son was very disappointed and bothered and we did not have a choice seeing he would have been late for dinner and his prom if I made her take her home. So he had to suck it up. It looked like he was being driven by his Aunt and Grandmother to the prom. I spoke to William several days later and he informed me that it was a "training ride" for his mother-in-law to become a driver to help out. I think it was a chance for his wife and mother-in-law to have a night out while they waited while the prom was going on. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the professionalism that was shown and would not recommend William's. I also paid top dollar for the evening and the price I paid was in the ball park of other companies. Figured I would try to help a local guy out. He did offer me a free upgrade and a 20% discount off my next rental, but don't plan on using a limo service anytime soon. A 100 dollar refund would have been better, but William was not willing to do that. Just make sure your not being used as a training run when you book your car with him. My neighbors and I will not be using his service in the future.

As a woman I did NOT get treated fairly though by my employer. Females were treated as inferior and I was not the only employee to say this. Having his daughter-in-law in charge made situations more complicated (Eg: what the Daughter-in-Laws says was truth & nothing I said would change that). There was a period of time when the DIL was babysitting her sister's baby AT the office!! It was extremely difficult to schedule transportation with a screaming baby in the background because she wouldn't lay down for a nap or needed her diaper changed. It was literally a daycare for at least a year!!!! I was let go for something that wasn't my fault or even my department. The office is very disorganized & the owner is arrogant. He doesn't even know the processes to run his own company!! I found the scheduler on his iPad for personal use on multiple occasions during paid company time. This caused issues with the drivers not getting the right information. The equipment (buses etc) is old and needs to be replaced with newer models. It's all about saving money and not how can we service the client better. Most of the "good reviews" are for John allowing his buses to be used for free for good causes. (BTW, he does it also cuz it's good advertising. Words from the horses mouth) It's really sad.
