My wife and I were looking for some crape myrtles and a couple of river birch trees for our yard. After perusing the nursery for about 20 min and finding some things we liked, Megan checked on us and helped us decide on what might work best for us. She was totally helpful, listened to our concerns and helped us make our final decision. They have a great selection of trees and shrubs and everything looked healthy and well cared for. I call Schads to give them the opportunity to correct it because it is NOTHING at all like the image shown online and the lady states that "that's how they get you" when you order through an online service. She states she only made 69.00 off of the 75.00 order which is about 50.00 more that she should have made in my opinion. She literally robbed my husband. DO not do business here. She made no attempt at all to correct the situation and told me to call the 1-800 service where the order was placed. Schads will never get my business again.

The person who answered stated "they were on the truck to be delivered." I stated that if they couldn't fulfill orders, they should send them to another florist. I said Valentine's Day was over, so I expected the charges to be reversed. 9:30, no flowers. I highly recommend not using this florist.
