They have an excellent produce selection, seafood, cold cuts, and cool sauces and house brand Farm Boy brand + and excellent bakery! I've noticed they have boned up on prepared foods and have one of the biggest selection I have seen on K-cups for Keurig! I had a sip of my husband's milkshake and it was really tasty, super rich and creamy, and it was aesthetically pleasing as well. Service was easy-going, as I was a bit indecisive at first and then changed my order as the guy was punching it into the cash register (oops, sorry, hehe). He was super nice and if he was annoyed, he didn't show it at all. If I lived in Cornwall, I would be there all the time. They are close to the highway, so I think not only will every Cornwall trip I make involve a stop here, but any trips on the 401 eastbound from Ottawa will also involve a visit to Sip & Scoop, lol.
