I was little skeptical at first because the place seemed closed for business but I'm so glad I gave them a try! The staff there was fast, efficient and extremely friendly! Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated and valued as a customer! They even popped fresh popcorn for my son and niece! We even observed one of the employees practicing COVID-19 protocols by wiping down the tables and chairs in the waiting area! The bathroom was very clean and cutely decorated. I have had one of the worst experiences with the Service department that any one could have…read more They were very manipulative and very unprofessional. I was constantly lied to about my vehicle and what was wrong with it. I made the worst mistake that any person could have made by letting my guard down and trusting them. Instead I got played. I told them what part I needed and they pretended they weren't sure what was wrong with my vehicle when they looked at it. I ended up being double charged for going back to fix something that should've been fixed right the first time. All this is because I dropped my guard down when I was told ( I'm going take care of you). It was all about the money and they felt like they had a sucker. I learned a hard lesson. For me to take the time to write this lets you know that this bothered me. If you can't trust the Dealership then who can you trust. By the way I went a reputable business and had my vehicle checked first so not like I didn't know what I was talking about. NEVER AGAIN!!!
