The second truck, needed a transmission, quoted $12,000 and rose to $18,000 plus they fixed my axil another $3,400 plus storage fee of $2,700 claimed it was interest and the owners always charges a storage fee? The best is, I told them I would pay the bill and not to worry about my transmission. So I paid the $5,500 bill and had the truck towed to my yard. When the truck arrived at my yard, it had no transmission. When I asked (Sebastian) about my transmission, Sebastian said it had a crack and they through it way (Lies). Meet one of the mechanics who worked at Jensen's, he told me, that the owners and Sebastian scam customers! They rebuild the transmission then resell the used transmission as rebuilt. I received no compensation for any of the damages. I get their frustrations, however their actions were unprofessional and not justified.
