Legends has extremely competitive pricing (Games Workshop stuff usually 20% off!) and a very nice selection of board games, comic books, cards, minatures, and geeky merch (I definitely picked up a Rainbow Dash mug on my last visit here.) If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. Customer service here is quite friendly. I'd HIGHLY reccomend checking out Legends if you are in/around the Vaughan area to get your geek on :).

If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.

The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you find anything you're looking for. They have a large stock of current comics and back issues as well. I often shop here to check for sealed Magic the Gathering and Pokémon TCG products. They don't stock a lot of singles (at least not that I'm aware of) but their prices for new sealed products are very reasonable!

The owners help with difficult to order items. The shop hosts many geek community events like card night and games. They take part in the annual comic shop crossover which promotes local geek culture. The owners are also part of the organizing committee that runs Forest City Comicon which is a wonderful and welcome edition to the London festival and convention scene. The store is very well laid out and organized. They also take part in a loyalty program called Vicinity which many other shops also take part in so less rewards cards in your wallet. Centrally located and easily accessible by public transport (multiple routes). A great spot to buy all things nerdy and geeky!
