Love the patio area at this winery. A nice amount of space and when we visited they also had live music which was lovely. We love the chardonnay and the red blend. A nice place to enjoy a glass.

A fun night out with friends! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the parking situation. The lot is TINY. Maybe 10 cars can fit. As I was pulling in, I had to wait about 5 minutes for another car to exit and an SUV to try to fit in. Luckily they are not in a main road. I ended up double-parking behind my friend who had already arrived. We enjoyed very good-priced flights $8.99 for 8), charcuterie (cheese from Grandpa's Cheesebarn in Ashland!), and very attentive service. We sat in one of the igloos, which in retrospect was a dumb idea being 16° but we were having such a nice time we stayed our whole allotted 2 hours. I liked all of the wines, even the rosé, a variety of which I'm not usually a fan. My favorite was the Frontline red blend. I would definitely come back to Carso Rosso when it's a bit warmer out, and when there is hopefully more parking.

This is such a wonderful and intimate outdoor winery. We loved the wines and snack foods. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back here again and again! It is the type of place that can feel like a casual night out or a special occasion. We loved it!

Worst place I've ever been to. We were tested poorly then they lied so they looked better. Treated our group poorly.

It is quite a spacious and comfortable area with lots of tables and couches, a fireplace, a bar, and a bathroom. There's even a section where they make the wine in steel barrels. It's very cozy, charming, friendly and clean. The host/owners are extremely friendly. It seems that the owner's family is from Northern Italy and we enjoyed talking to them. The Wine itself far exceeded my expectations. We tasted three reds plus the Chardonnay, and we enjoyed all of it. The blueprint red blend was my favorite followed by the Chardonnay. I'm a bit of a Wine snob and I typically don't like Ohio wine. However, I was pleasantly surprised...okay...if we're being honest...actually shocked...that all the wine we tasted was excellent. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about La Famiglia winery!

People who work here are very passionate about their trade, which is always a good sign. They gave us a tour, sample tasting, and pick the fruit for us. We were asked to clean hands with alcohol so that we don't contaminate their plants. They took good care of the arched and try to protect the customers at the same time. It's probably not a place to bring kids; it's not that kind of fun touristy farm with hay rides. It's full of yellow jackets, and they are attracted to tiny hands full of juice, so it's best to leave your babies with babysitters. I didn't see, or rather we didn't ask to use bathroom so not sure if they have one.

The larger the group, the cheaper your own total will be! Your Wine Cellar is hidden inside of Brew Kettle and Top Golf in Strongsville, nearby Walmart. Don't be fooled by the outdated Google Images of a place with its own sign - it no longer is labeled clearly. Meg was our host and director of our wine making adventure. She was great! We went through a dozen or so rounds of wine tastings to decide, as a group, what we will make. Each sample is $1 and I only tried a few, sticking mostly to the fruity ones. I liked the California Moscato the best of the whites. I only tried one red, the Diablo. The Diablo was the one we ended up making. The making process took about 10 minutes. We also were able to order food from the Brew Kettle. The food I ordered for lunch will be part of the review I wrote for Brew Kettle, which will be published soon after this one. Overall, I had a fun time with my friends, learning about what kinds of wines we like and don't like. In 8 weeks, we are coming back to bottle and label our wines! The entire process ended up being $20-25 a person.

Tucked away in a wooded setting near the Lake Erie shore, Paper Moon has a really cozy, laid-back atmosphere. The indoor tasting area is comfortable and inviting, with board games available to play, and there's plenty of outdoor seating throughout the grass, along with a covered outdoor dining area. It's a great place to relax and spend a leisurely afternoon with friends. It's a casual, counter-service setup. You order your food at the counter/bar area, you're given a buzzer, and then you pick up your food at the counter when it's ready. I ordered the Blackberry Sangria Slush, which was refreshing and perfect for a summer day. For lunch, I had the Hot Italian Panini with chips and a pickle spear. It was tasty and had good flavor, although the panini was a little on the thin side and I would have preferred it to be a bit more substantial. Overall, Paper Moon was a fun stop during our girls' day. I really enjoyed the peaceful, wooded setting and casual atmosphere. They have a large selection of house wines as well as other brands. The server was kind but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the wine. All the dishes are enormous and meant to be shared. We shared the goat cheese with blackberry preserves and a Genoa flatbread and even with the three of us, we had a lot to take home with us. The duo and the flatbread were both incredible. The flatbread is actually two whole flatbreads and the dip was the size of a dinner plate. They were kind to get us an extra loaf of bread to go with the dip because we ran out. Their kitchen closed at 8 even though they were open until 9. That was about annoying because we considered ordering an additional dish but worked out fine since the dishes were so large.
