" I apologize again for the delay. As a result, I'll waive my initial review fees (2.5hrs) for this matter. I also did not see any Loan Agreement (which usually coincides with a Promissory Note). Was there one?" He then had his assistant set up a Dropbox for me to re-submit all my documents on 11/10/2020 (2 months after my initial contact) with still no headway. I submitted them again immediately. After again hearing nothing, they said they never received my documents. 11/30/2020 - they said they are drafting my complaint and I'll have it next week. 12/13/2020 - I received a draft complaint with improper info and by 12/28/2020 I decided to move on. My bill was $2,838 which was insane and the firm agreed if I paid $1,500 by end of day ONLY, we could consider me paid in full. I paid. A complete waste of money, no outcome, immense frustration in trying to get communication back from OHSW, sloppy work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
