I've had two collisions in the…read morepast two years which were repaired very well and in a about a week's time after each collision. I drive a 2010 Chevy Cobalt SS with black metallic paint. The first incident that I was involved in was during a hit and run where another driver hit my driver's side door and fled. Both the metal part of the door as well as the interior were mangled and had to be replaced. The shop replaced everything with OEM equipment and matched the paint perfectly with the rest of the car. During the second incident that I was involved in, I was rear-ended by another driver on the highway, which cracked the outer shell of my rear bumper, popped the styrofoam bumper filling, and cracked the re-bar holding that up. I came back to Keele Street Collision again and, once again, they replaced everything within a week with OEM equipment and matched the paint perfectly. From what I understand, matching metallic paint can be a pain but to my untrained eye it looks perfect. If I didn't know that the driver's side door and rear bumper were replaced I would have never guessed. In addition, KSC arranged for a rental car to be dropped off right at the shop both times I was there, which made it very convenient for me as I simply dropped off my car for the work and went along with my day in the rental car. The staff is also very friendly and they answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome at the shop. If I am ever again in a position where I need body work to be done to my car, I'll definitely be taking it to Keele Street Collision without a second thought.
