When I picked my car up they failed to reinstall my skid plate. After the terrible service and my requests to speak to the owner was declined by staff, I finally got ahold of him myself. I explained to him when the car was back in my possession it had a white substance in the interior and when asking the owner what it is his reply was "Hard to say. " He then proceeded to suggest it was absorball which is a harmful chemical and when I got even more upset at this, he recanted his statement claiming it was "dust" ... he then said they were fair to me and even if a dollar figure wasn't agreed upon it's "implied". He noticed I posted a poor review, and he told me he shouldn't even be looking into my claims because I had already given a poor review and it was a 'waste of his time.' He began to call me a Karen and told me he would post the video of me getting upset (rightfully so) in the shop, to his thousands of followers so that they could see how much of a "Karen I am" .. in my opinion, the staff and the owner are very un professional. I should get my car back how I dropped it off and any and all fees should be discussed in detail prior to a shop starting any work.

"Small chip," the gentleman proclaimed. "Only a 5% chance this will crack when we try to fix it." (45 minutes later) "It got away from us," the gentleman explained. Lucky me, I thought, upon receiving the news. Still, I got nearly 5 weeks of life out of that nearly-new glass. The best part was when he asked if I'd be interested in getting pricing on a new windshield. A salesman til his dying breath, that one. Late Friday afternoon I was asked if I really needed the car on the weekend, is Monday OK? Yikes! We only have one car! Somebody got the message that I wasn't happy.
