However, they were not aware of these issues until I mentioned them myself, and even then, they seemed to doubt my concerns. I also reported that my center console had been flickering since the crash, but that concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, they had installed the wrong headlight on the repaired side. This required an additional week to correct. When I finally got the truck back again, I immediately noticed more serious issues--while driving, the braking felt unsafe, requiring me to press the brakes much harder than normal to slow down. Additionally, the hood is uneven on both sides, which clearly reflects poor repair quality. To make matters worse, I was told that the mismatched lug nuts (from the replaced tire) would be corrected, but that has not been resolved. Overall, the workmanship and attention to detail were far below expectations. I am not satisfied with the repairs or the service I received, and I am currently considering legal action due to the condition my vehicle was returned in. All they can say is send us an email to a dead end email. You dont care about customer feedback. Just love to screw people over. I just picked up my truck for the second time and there are still discrepancies in the body work as of 4/21/2026. They did the bare minimum to "fix" my uneven hood gaps but the repair side headlight is pushed more into the body. Dan the service advisor kept lying to me and said he did a final inspection when my wife picked up the truck, he did not. Kept saying the uneven gaps on my hood was standard along with other bum scoop. These people may get away with this with regular people but not with me. Count your days. I am seeking legal action.

The directions say do not let the car air dry in the sun after rinsing off 3m masking agent. When I came to get the car it was all wet and drying in the sun. When I got home I noticed it had spots all over the car like water spots. I tried to scrub them off but they would not come off. I returned the car to Arnold's. Unfortunately they failed to remove the spots from the paint. But they did manage to remove the spots from the glass. With a razor blade. They scratched up and destroyed every piece of glass on the car. While still at Arnold's they looked at the damage and claimed the scratches were already there. So they lied and took no responsibility for their negligence and incompetence. After several years of scrubbing and waxing most of the spots came off the paint. However, I spent $2500 replacing all the glass they scratched up. If you value your car and prefer to do business with honest people who take responsibility for their actions, don't take your car to Arnold's body shop which is now crash champions.

He kept me abreast of the process throughout with pictures and email updates. Got my truck back this afternoon and the work looks really good. He had to basically fabricate a whole new wheel well by hand. As such, the repair took a few days longer than first thought. I was fine with that considering the mess he found. I would definitely recommend Rick's work to others.

My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.

I was also able to get the car in to begin the work the same day. The estimate for completion of the work was that it would probably take until Friday (one business week). I received text messages along the way giving me information on how the work was progressing. And then this Morning (Thursday) I received a call that my car was ready for pickup.
