He gave me a fair quote and I dropped the pickup off the following week. Things were worse than expected once Rick got under the paint and started cutting what was left of the metal. He kept me abreast of the process throughout with pictures and email updates. Got my truck back this afternoon and the work looks really good. He had to basically fabricate a whole new wheel well by hand. As such, the repair took a few days longer than first thought. I was fine with that considering the mess he found. They had my Jeep for well over a week, but still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They claimed it would be ready the next day, but it wasn't. Then they said it would be the next day, but it still wasn't. This went on for over a week. Each day they told me they would call me, but didn't call me even once - I had to call them every time. After having my Jeep for over a week, they finally decided that all it was was bad gas.
