Say anything to get a sale..all lies. Sold us a truck and said it would be able to easily pull a 6500lb trailer... Couldn't. They also conned us into buying an extended warranty by saying if we never used it we would get some money back... lie. I had some repairs that could have been completed out of warranty but they were cheap so I paid out of pocket to still get the $900 back from the unused warranty... Lie. Terrible dealership They know exactly that they dealt with me, yet the excuse is always "we don't deal in Manitoba ". I drove all the way from Manitoba to purchase a vehicle from them and they gave me such a bad shopping experience. The vehicle was not ready when they said it would be, the tires where studded tires with the studs cutoff, one of them blew up a month later, the defrost heater was not working on the back, clearly visible, the excuse, Ford will cover that on warranty; well they do not cover that. When contacting them, they never get back to me. The manager is nearly impossible to get a hold of. read more

Well I'm been thinking long and hard about whether or not to write this or just let it go. I find as a rule, we have all just become to complacent. After my last post the Manager did get hold of me. He asked what I thought that he could do to make it right. I said in my opinion I think that it would be fair to trade STRAIGHT ACROSS for a truck at least one year newer. I come in give you my keys and you give me yours no money changes hands. He agreed and asked me to give him a couple of days. Then a couple days later I got an email with pictures. So I agreed. This is where it starts to go sideways. When I got the Bill of sale, this truck was approximately 5 thousand more. I immediately phoned him. He gave me the usual salesman BULLSHIT and explained that I had to remember that I was getting a newer truck with fewer miles on it. So I himmed and haud and finally said ok. When I went to pick it up I was introduced to the salesman who would be looking after me. He went on and on about how much better of a truck the 2017 was compared to the 2016. Better motor, higher towing capacity and bigger fuel tank. All things that were important to me. So I sent everything to the insurance company telling them that I need insurance on my 2017 F350. Imagine my surprise when he called me to let me know that this was a 2016. So now not only did they get my 2016 that I spent thousands of dollars on pluss about 5 thousand dollars but I get a truck of the same year. Now I do have to clarify something and this is where I have to take some responsibility. As plain as day the year was written on the bill of sale. But At No Time Did Anyone Tell Me That It Was The Same Year. If they had I NEVER would have done the deal. Also Lets Not Forget that The Salesman Looked Right At Me And Lied! When I questioned the manager on it ,he said that I should have known by the pictures. Sorry but I can't tell the difference between a 2016 and 2017 by looking at the pictures. I have bought a few Fords from them and I have had zero issues. They stand behind their product. Do not buy from them. Will tell all friends and family not to buy from them. Go to Calgary it's not that far and they will not lie to you. Bought 2 brand new trucks from them last year and wanted to trade in my king ranch for a new truck. We agreed on a price , negotiated a deal on a trade in truck and was told that that will match same price as other ford dealer to get my business. Little did I know that when it's all said and done manager Tylor Lindsay will tell me that I will have to pay another $2500 if I want it. He was rude, cocky and unprofessional , interrupted me every time and kept saying that he is loosing money. He did not return my calls or email until I told him that I will leave a bad review. I asked to see where it says that I have to pay extra $2500 and was told that he has a paper but never showed me. Wasted my time and my wife's time. I was also told by him that I wasted his time as well, I think he forgot it was his job. Has no customer relations experience. Needs to work on it. Just to follow up with my review. That is what general manager emailed me instead of talking to me or doing investigation: We don't want to do business with you. You lie, threaten my staff and are now trying to blackmail us. Came in for an oil change on the way through. It took almost an hour and a half to do, then the technician went ripping out of the parking lot in the truck. Who does a test drive after an oil change? And then tried to charge $205 for an oil change that's $110 anywhere else. After all that, noticed they put the wrong grade of oil in the truck.
