Every single time they said something would be done by a specific date, they'd push it back. Reasons (their receptionist is out and they're having to cover extra shifts or they attempted to turn something in and the court denied it because they did it wrong) completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, crucial documentation was submitted only one day before a hearing, and in one instance, on the actual day of a hearing! It's beyond irresponsible. Amanda, especially, was a huge disappointment when a clear opportunity to assist another lawyer in our case (from out of state) she did NOTHING to help. I'm out $5209 for this pathetic excuse of a service. All I needed was for things to be done on time, and they couldn't even manage that. Do NOT waste your time or money here. It's a total failure and completely frustrating.
