Not only did a very nice gentlemen named Mikey walk all the way across the store to help me find one pair of shoes for a gift, but he also offered to hold my boxes and help me find the right size. They were a gift so I didn't need the assistance, but the fact he offered was so polite. It was while I was deciding on which style and color to get I noticed a very nice young lady who went above and beyond to help an older woman and her granddaughter find shoes that were her size and style. The woman admitted they didn't have a lot of money and couldn't afford the shoes she wanted. Ashley went out of her way to find more affordable shoes that were similar to what she wanted. She even went as far as to let them try those shoes while she walked across the store to the clearance section to find more shoes that were her size and better priced for them. She was polite and absolutely genuine. There was not one time she got annoyed or had an expression other then helpfulness and kindness. This is unfortunately hard to find in our county because of all the tourists that come in and out of our town. It was so awesome to see this, and this company is lucky to have two kind and dedicated employees.

They were so concerned about someone stealing shoes that I guess they didn't mind losing a sale. The salesperson could have gotten the second shoe and waited with me as I tried them on since there was only one other customer in the store. Instead she went back to stocking shelves. Did she forget that the reason shelves are stocked is so that the shoes can be sold. I'd rather get the shoes at full price somewhere else than save 30 dollars buying from someone who treats customers like potential thieves. I value my self respect much more than I value money. Too bad this store's employee doesn't feel the same.

My boyfriend and I came to walk around and check out the shops. He enjoyed the hot sauce store and I enjoyed the art gallery featuring works of local artists. There is also a zip line feature in the center of the square and movie theater. The zip line looked to be the most popular attraction. The tour of the square took 30 minutes including our stop at a couple of the shops.
