Stay away from this place if you value your time and money. This shop took 7 months to build a…read moremotor that I ended up taking to another shop to have fixed from the sloppy work done. Mark broke a bolt off in the main crank cap from the side. Then he did not put 2 bolts in the rear oil pane which goes into the LS rear cover instead he filled them with rtv silicone. When building a LS motor you have to use new head bolts because they are a torque to yield one time use but he used old bolts and charged me for new ones. Then he cut into the reluctor wheel while grinding on the crank so that had to be replaced. silicone was coming out everywhere so I could not trust it and I had to go to a better shop to have it checked. Motor has to be torn down and rebuilt, and parts replaced that Mark messed up. He thinks a person will not go through the trouble to sue him but for what I paid him and having to pay another shop to fix his sloppy work we will be going to court. There is alot of people saying the same thing and having issues with getting stuff done in a timely matter. Those good reviews are more than likely his people trying to off balance bad reviews. The review here on this page about a car breaking down at night and waiting until they opened is crap. Anyone really doing work with Mark is not getting anything fixed in that time frame so beware of the BS post here talking good about this shop. The crew je has now are not real trouble shooters so these posts are crap, The ine good mechanic he had died last year now he has guys going throught the motions with Mark being pulled in different directions to the piont the quality is no longer there. The review of the transmission repair is crap too he does not build or fix them. He might pull one and put one back in that someone else fixed but Mark does not build or work on transmissions so that review below is crap. The review the person posted here about going from California to Virginia is crap because this shop is no where near the highway for them to come off hwy 40 and find Marks shop out in the middle of Nicoma Park is absurd. There are many shops near the highway. Fake positive reviews. Cheap price is cheap work because you will end up spending more later to fix the work they do at Marks Machine Shop and Repair in Nicoma Park, OK. I attached pictures so you can see I am not lying.

Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative. He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn't want to do at this time with prices for each item. It's not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced. I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn't tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would've came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would've crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable ! So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400. Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it's good to know someone who already knows about those places. I'll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.
