Philip was AWESOME and took care of me, showed me where there may have been damage and gave me a full report in an hour. Not only that while I was on the call with the sales rep from the out of state dealer negotiating based on what Philip and his guys found, Philip actually went out and double checked something on the car and gave me his thoughts while negotiating. I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. He told us up front that he was booked solid for the next few days, but asked for a little more detail. Based on that, he said that the switch resets itself, but he could check it for free if the car died again. He also noticed my car was low on power steering fluid and offered to top it off for free. He explained everything in ways we could understand, never talking over our heads or acting smug because he knows more than us. His service center is very clean and professional. He seems to me like the kind of mechanic who is completely open about what options you have, from what it takes to get your car running to what's needed to keep it running, and the prices of those options.
