Not normal according to kitchen aid. about 2 weeks after the install we found water had been leaking down into the basement and when we pulled the fridge out we discoverEd the water line had not been installed properly and had been leaking and ruined the whole side panel of the cupboards in our brand new house. when we approached them with the issue Darcy told is it was our problem because apparently after you have a "professional" install your appliances you are then supposed to pull said appliance out from the wall and make sure it doesn't leak???? That lady was sweet as pie until she got our $$$ and then basically told us to go away. Such a rude arrogant person to deal with. I wouldn't ever recommend buying anything from there ever.

We briefly checked online for comparable pricing and that was not an issue. The promise of direct contact through them for all of our service needs was also high on our list. There was also a no pressure sales tactic on warranties etc. it was a discussion that allowed us to decide for ourselves with no judgement. The gentlemen that came to install new and take away the old were very polite and demonstrated an educated product knowledge. They gave us whatever time we needed to become familiar with the product and they were in and out in a personable, clean and timely manner. We will recommend this business to our anyone who asks.

In addition, the staff do a great job retailing this monstrous big box store as Canadian Tire now own Marks Work Wearhouse, Party Central, Sportchek, Hockey Life and what's left of Hudson's Bay. Product of all these brands are now available in the Big Box Canadian Tires as well as the regular Motomaster and Maximum lines as well as the regular departments sporting goods, plumbing, paint, Garden Center , Automotive Service and Parts and several others. Apparently, that did not delete the "order". After that, they would not leave me alone. To try to get me to buy the item, they sent three automated messages, via which I unsubscribed twice. The next day, a person emailed me to try again, so far, twice. Wise Line tools is now on my black list to never be dealt with again. BTW, I believe their shipping charges are well padded.
