I went to My Top Drawer for quality products. I went for a bra fitting and bought 2 new bras and the special expensive soap they recommended. I spent more than $500 cdn. I have washed it in the shower as directed by the store. Fast forward, 7 months. The night before an important event the bra, (that I was to wear with my gown), under wire snapped in two. The store is more than 1 hour away. I dropped everything drove out to the store. A $250 bra should last more than 7 months. I did not have time for ANOTHER fitting. It was just before closing on a Friday night. The sales lady was very personable. She could not do anything about the poor product but would speak to the manager in the morning. I left the broken bra there and bought another bra. ....... 2 weeks later....... I received a call from a sing song lady..... so fake and rude. After telling me (the customer) how wrong I was. She said there was nothing she could do as I had not taken care of the bra, and worn it too much!!! I had hoped she would make it right in some way. She commented on how faded it was. Yes, I notice the fade too! However, I was unhappy with that but it was the broken under wire. She further insisted I should have had ANOTHER bra fitting.... I have not changed in 7 months. Her tone was fake and diminutive. It was a very bad call, you know that fake polite voice. I ended the call, and remarked that I was not up for a battle of the bra. I travel to London for my bras, Best service, BEST selection for a large bust, Swimwear and Shapewear you can't get anywhere else. People always leave shitty reviews when they can't afford the good stuff. You can't get better quality product in those Victoria Senza stores..it's all factory made crap and falls apart after a few weeks. read more

After seeing a news segment on tv about My Top Drawer, I really wanted to check out the store! I was a little disappointed to find out that there were no locations nearby but after some time I was able to convince my husband to make the drive with me to Niagara falls. I was in need of a good control top undergarment and figured it would be worth the expense to get a good quality product. The consultant in store was very helpful with sizing and recommended the Shapeez top. I happily purchased it and hoped to use it over the holidays. A few days later I decided to try it on again around the house but found that it kept rolling up. The top wouldn't stay down once I started moving around, it would roll up way above my belly button area. Of course I would expect it to stay down since I bought it for the purpose of controlling my tummy. When I called the store and explained my situation I couldn't believe the negative attitude that was given toward me. Basically the woman on the phone told me that there was nothing she could do and didn't seem to care that I had a problem with her store's product. Obviously I'm very upset! I drove an hour to purchase an expensive top that doesn't work. I don't exactly have money to waste and would at least expect better customer service. It seems like they are only nice to their customers when we are looking to make a purchase but if you have a problem afterwards, you're out of luck.
