Please don't get me wrong. This is a failing mall. It is nothing like the mall I remember from my…read morechildhood. But, the stores that are left, and the food spots that are left are doing their best. The workers at all of them were helpful and polite. We found some decent sales and the food was affordable. But, there's not much selection for restaurants. And there's plenty of missing amenities. Basically it's dying like every other mall in America.

There are still some nice shops here even though there are no real anchor stores, except maybe Dicks Sporting goods. I like Lost Worlds, Dumb Records, and some nice clothing stores. I wish some other stores could be coaxed in. Maybe they could try things they did in the past, such an antique shows, fashion shows for fall and spring, and the holidays. Years ago, they had first responders and police departments displaying vehicles and doing fingerprinting for children. A Costco would be nice or a furniture store. Update. Went to the mall today and saw the Christmas trees. It was very well done, I hope for more people to participate next year!! Maybe they could contact a train group and have them set up a christmas train. Or the mall could utilize the empty store fronts and put in some decorations in the windows. Some additional photo opportunities would also be nice. Gingerbread cookies would be a hit as would live christmas music or swing choirs. Contact schools and churches. Old navy is always fun to go in and shop, until you need to deal with a disrespectful…read moremanager/employee. I went in with my boyfriend and 3 friends, one time 2 of my friends were doing a light jog down the aisle in the store, not a busy day at all, and this middle-aged man, on the rounder side, SCREAMS, "STOP RUNNING" And being respectful, they stopped. We were shopping around by the active apparel and one of the clothing hooks was disgustingly covered in clothes, some on the ground, some thrown over the hanging poles. There was a 50% off metal sign that got knocked down from selecting clothes and this oldish guy turns the corner and yells "LEAVE NOW" I swear he looked like a evil villain in a Disney movie. (His hair looked like Ursula from the little mermaid) Ursula then goes to still scream "I DONT CARE LEAVE NOW" when it's obvious we were shopping around and didn't do anything, mind you, we are all 18-19 years old. Not doing anything bad as-well. He just had horrible attitude towards us and was an absolute POS. horrible customer service. The lady that checked us out at the front was so kind compared to him, he even went to hide in the back when it was our turn to check out in line. Clean up your store and stop being a dick to people. The dust and crap thrown everywhere in that store is impressive.

Never once was I asked if I needed help with anything. I was never greeted or assisted at fitting rooms, nothing! And I saw several employees (6 min) never acknowledged me at all so I know short staffing wasn't the reasoning. Most terrible old navy I have been to. Was even thinking of signing up for a credit card but not after that experience. Didn't end up getting anything. Management at this location should be ashamed of themselves!!

Apparently I am now a "member" of something also. There is no unsubscribe button. I had to report it as junk mail and create an email rule to get it to stop.

I love, love, love the $1 rack at this store. They have a little bit of everything in this store…read more A small toy section, kids clothes up to size 14. Nice little "pen" for kids to play in while you shop. And have I mentioned the fabulous $1 rack that they have available all the time! Everytime I visit my in-laws I stop by and pick up 10 things from the dollar rack, why the heck not...it only costs a dollar! And a lot of it is Name Brand or Boutique-style stuff, good quality.
