I waited 20 minutes with no other customers within plain sight of the desk to find out that they didn't want the clothes I brought. When I reconnected, she was very rude, saying in a rather severe snippy voice, that they had no interest in helping me! She could have simply said they were sorry, but couldn't help me, & I would have moved on. I wished her a good day, but on thinking about her reaction, decided to comment.
