The smaller place needed to have a dead tree cut down and the larger place just needed to have a fallen tree cut up. For the tree removal at the smaller place, the tree was removed, but none of the resulting mess was cleared from the property. The owners of the place ended up cleaning up all the sticks, etc. that was left. The cleanup should have been included in the cost of the tree removal especially since Tree West made a profit from the sale of the tree. For the fallen tree at the other house, some of the tree was cut up and stacked in the yard, but there is still a large portion of the limb that is still lying in the front yard. No one ever came back to finish the job.

We needed some trees removed, as well as some limbs which were overhanging our roof. The work was done over the weekend so that the project could be completed before a new roof was installed. We were kept updated on the progress of the project in a timely manner, and the downed trees and limbs were cleaned up and removed completely.
