We needed some trees removed, as well as some limbs which were overhanging our roof. The work was done over the weekend so that the project could be completed before a new roof was installed. We were kept updated on the progress of the project in a timely manner, and the downed trees and limbs were cleaned up and removed completely. I called over a week ago and the call was returned the neXt day; we set an appointment for today between 11 and 1 - NO SHOW. No call - nothing. So I called at 1:15 (1315) and Sue said: " he's really busy, give him a call here's his number..." Obviously, his phone worked because I did call him (so there's no excuse for not calling to tell me he was going to be late) and he said: "I'm busy with something, I'll call you right back." I guess I should have gotten the definition of "right back," because it's now over a half hour later and no call. Not much more to say on this one, just bad business manners. ***UPDATE**** I need to update this review; Jim was actually dangerously stuck working on something, so he physically couldn't be here.
