I had to print an amazon return label, which i have done before with no problem and amazing…read morecustomer service, until today I came in and asked to be helped to print one and the employee savanna was helping me, she said the usual " what can i help you with " and i let her know what i needed printed and she told me to send it to the company email. so i started to work on sending the pdf link to the email they provided, she told me she could not print it because it sent an amazon link to her and they weren't allowed to click on links, she proceeded to tell me to go to Fedex, that Fedex could help me because she could not help me. She didn't even try to help, just tried to send me away. I was confused cause i printed one with someone else before with no problem and i did the exact steps. I kept trying to send it to the email and i would ask her if it worked, she would ignore me and get up and do other things, mind you im the only customer there. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected just repeating myself. So i tried a different method to send it and asked again if it worked and she proceeded to just grab the paper and say " you can meet me at the register down there" so we finished the transaction. I felt so unwelcomed by her attitude towards me. I hope she doesn't continue that attitude, it just ruins a persons day.

Stopped into B&H office furniture store and was greeted promptly by a friendly staff. Told them what I was looking for and they were very happy to help assist me by showing me all of my options. Very well trained staff I would like to mention. Every question I asked they had and answer for or researched to find out for me. They were very patient with me while I was making decisions and weighing all my options. It turned into a very pleasurable experience. Expected it to be a little stressful, but they made it fun. Even picked up a few new items for the house. The prices were very competitive if not cheaper than all other big box stores I had looked at. Got a chance meet the new owner of the business Ryan. From my understanding from our conversation it has been a family business for a long time and he is now in charge. He was a really nice man. Thanked us several times for shopping at his store. Well I think your family would be proud of you. I think that this will and can be a great local business for many more years to come. While we had a good experience with the sales person who initially assisted us in the purchase of…read moretwo office chairs, it was downhill from there. I wanted to purchase the pre-assembled chair because far too many times, I've gotten home with one to assemble + there have been issues. But they wouldn't let me purchase that chair. We assembled one of the chairs and from the start, it was popping, tilting left/right and I wasn't able to adjust the tension. Today was the soonest my husband (working in a different location) was able to drive up, take it apart and reassemble just to make sure we didn't miss something. Discovered the tension knob does nothing, so when you rock you go waaaayy back and you can't adjust it. The base is off and the chair tilts left and right. Despite being told that we had 30 days to return the chairs, and today's the 20th day, read the fine print and look for signage that supposedly exists in the store. With furniture you assemble, you have to disassemble it, put in original packaging and return within FOURTEEN days! Otherwise, you have to contact the manufacturer. We spent close to $900 and were planning to return for a standing desk. We won't now.
