Print Dept handles projects small & huge. Knowledgeable & friendly staff complete projects quickly, accurately and are not terribly expensive. Give them at least 24 hrs to complete a print job or plan to pay a service charge for same day service. read more

WORST STORE EVER!!!!!! Oh my gosh......... trying to get people to help me in the printing of something. Stood at counter and was not asked if they could help me for over 5 minutes. Totally incapable of performing a copy of something that has been done for me before. When speaking to me, The Customer, they were looking in a direction as if speaking to someone else! I was standing in line to make my purchase. A couple of people were ahead. Off to my left two store employees stood talking aware of the line but oblivious as to why they worked at this store. Finally, one of them woke up from the collective stupor and opened another register. He even seemed a little put-out for having to wait on us. Given the state of retail, store closings, layoffs, etc., I find it difficult to understand why brick and mortar stores are not all over customer service and motivation to serve the customer. Stores forget that if weren't for the customer all employees would be out of work. Maybe this is a soapbox but retailers need to give every effort to satisfy their customers. read more

This place is the worst. I was there to buy a laser printer, maybe a color one for $360. I couldn't get any help in the printer area to answer a couple questions. Finally I had to go find someone and ask to get some help. When a worker finally came over, the one I was interested in was out of stock. He wouldn't entertain selling me the display model, and just said no, they have to keep it if they still sell that model. He didn't tell me when the next shipment would arrive OR if another location has one. He just walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! read more

I bought a printer more than a year ago from this store. At the time the help was awesome! And they said if I ever had a problem, call and they'll walk me through set up or whatever. The printer has worked great every time until late last night when I needed to print tickets for an event this weekend. It wouldn't work at all. Have no idea what happened. So I called this morning & asked the guy who answered the phone for help. He walked me through some steps and now it works! He was professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my problem! That's the kind of service every store should have. read more

I would like to send a big shout out to this Office Max and its crew. I ordered an item online for black Friday and had it set up to pick it up in store. For whatever reason there was a technical glitch and my order ended up not going through. When I went in to pick up my item the entire team was supper helpful in getting everything sorted out. With smiles on their faces on Black Friday weekend and their very friendly manner I would definitely recommend this store to others!! Thank you all again!!! read more

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with getting something shipped to me that I ordered. I purchased my merchandise on Black Friday. I was supposed to receive my shipment on December 6th between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. That same day they called me and informed me that they could not locate the merchandise after I had already taken hours off of work to receive it. They then told me that they would call me back in a timely manner regarding locating my merchandise however they did not. I called many times between the 6th and the 10th and could not get ahold of anyone at the 3rd party shipping company. I then called on the 11th and was able to get ahold of somebody and said that they had located my merchandise and it would be shipped on the 20th. I told them that would not work as I was expecting it on the 6th, the customer service rep said she would email the shipping team and get back to me with 24-48 hours. They did not. I called yesterday, the 15th and was informed that they could not located the merchandise once again. So I decided to call Office Max/Office Depot as I was tired of attempting to deal with their 3rd party customer service. I offered to pick up my merchandise at any store within a 40 mile radius. They said that they would let me know in 1-4 hours. They responded in 14 hours and are now informing me that they will reship the merchandise and I will receive it on the 28th of December between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm. I will not spend another dollar at Office Depot or Office Max and I suggest others don't as well. I would give them an absolute 0/5 if I could. read more
