Website lists the price of immigration physical at $230. Was told on the phone that it's $350,…read morethat the website is wrong, they do more tests than before, and and that the lab work was included in that fee (and wasn't in the original $230). Well, what do you know, I've just received two lab bills, totalling $168. Apart from the price issues, there are other problems too: - When I called earlier that afternoon, and asked if this included a urine sample, the receptionist said no. Get there, sure enough, yep, we need a urine sample. Being quite unprepared for this, I requested a glass of water. They waited to give it to me after they'd done some of the other tests, and immediately after drinking it, asked "are you ready to provide your urine sample now?" In my experience, bodies need longer than 1 minute to be able to process water! - There was a skin TB test, which I was unfamiliar with. I asked a number of questions (such as "is this a needle?" and "Do you need blood?" and questions about aftercare), and she just kept telling me that it was a TB test. Even after explaining I didn't know what a TB test involved, there was no further explanation for a layperson. The best I got was that it was an intradermal injection (and no answer when I asked what that was) and not to rub it. Only under duress did I find out that you can shower and put soap over it. - After being instructed to lie down, the doctor started thumping my stomach without warning. I assume this was some test he had to do, but didn't explain it. - After being told that the paperwork would be available any time on Monday (and saying that I'd come in on Monday morning before going to work), I got suspicious and decided to call to check before driving over there. Sure enough, when i call at 8:30am, they don't have the paperwork ready, they don't know if my labs are back yet, and they'll call me when it's all done. To their credit, they did call back in 20 minutes, but it should have been ready when they said it was going to be.

I recently moved from Highlands Ranch and live an hour away from the clinic now, but I love my…read moredoctor and I have been extremely impressed by how well this clinic has run. I happened to be checking the traffic, because I need to make the drive there today and saw the recent reviews. I was shocked and felt inclined to post my experience. First of all I have a very complicated medical condition that I have been living with for most of my life (I'm 46 yrs), so I have seen a lot of doctors and been to many clinics over the years. I had a new and bizarre complication and no one was helping me, that's when I first came here. I have also worked in medicine since age 14, doing every position ranging from volunteer to receptionist, office manager to provider. I had never seen a clinic that ran as smoothly and as well as this one! And it's the reason that I make the drive still today. I have noticed some staff turnover lately and that happens in every clinic. It takes a little time for new employees to get to know the patients and get proficient with the policies and procedures, I can't imagine leaving the care of my doctor because of a one mishap. Although I can understand when there's something more important that goes wrong, it's important to discuss it with the office manager. Otherwise, they don't have the opportunity to make it right with their patient(s) or implement a needed change. I'm wondering how many authors of negative reviews actually did discuss the problem with the manager before posting a negative review? Was it one mishap and you left the great care that you had been receiving for years? And perhaps the rudeness that reviewers are referring to could have been a new employee-trying to learn a new job (we all know how difficult that can be) and their nervousness and being frazzled came across as rudeness-mistakenly? Misunderstandings do happen, especially when you don't feel well or you're concerned about your health. All that I can say is that this has been the one clinic that has always really tried to help me-without judgement and if anything slipped through the cracks (only once in nearly 4 years of treatment and the only time I needed to call to follow up), it was handled immediately, professionally and with complete sincerity. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician or clinic! I'm very grateful to have found Park Ridge Family Medicine/New West Physicians in Lone Tree!! I can honestly say that they have been the best, most efficient and pleasant clinic that I have had in my circle of providers. And with a medical condition like Lupus, you bet that I have plenty of experience to compare them to! Thank you to all of the staff! I don't know what I would do without you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Asplin…read more Where MDs, DOs and specialists have failed me for most of my adolescent and entire adult life, used me as an injection pincushion, a pharmaceutical petri dish and used one size fits all diagnosis, Dr. Asplin has made huge progress with me in tackling a chronic issue that has been misdiagnosed by 5 MDs over two decades. I am so grateful to have Dr. Asplin as my primary Doctor. She definitely incorporates common sense into her practice (that everyone should be reminded of from time to time). Visiting her is a very different experience than visiting an MD, because she will genuinely care about your life, nutrition, specific health challenges, and overall wellbeing. You get the sense that not only she is very intelligent, but she's also a great person and a Doctor that you can trust. There's still a little ways to go as far as reversing some of my digestive symptoms, but I've never felt better and we've made great progress. On a side note, singing is one of my passions and Dr. Asplin has helped me so much to overcome some of my "silent reflux" side effects and I have significantly improved my singing abilities/endurance as a result of the work she has done with me. Very grateful, and I will continue to be a patient of hers even though I have moved out of state.
