I used Champs in Mount Laurel for the first time today. I was very worried about having my dog…read moregroomed because we recently had a terrible grooming experience at another local dog groomer. I have been personally grooming my dog ever since, but will admit I don't do the best job and she needed a professional grooming. My worries were immediately alleviated as soon as I got to Champs - the receptionist was courteous & professional; the studio is clean and full of fun toys and pet supplies. Most importantly, the groomer Tony was kind and patient with my dog. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would give her time to feel comfortable and not rush through the grooming experience. When I picked her up, Tony said she was very cooperative and didn't give him a "hard time" at all. Just goes to show that kindness & patience goes a long way! I highly recommend Champs and Tony!
