Very bad experience just now, just went to get my dogs nails clipped and there was one small girl in there, she couldn't even manage to keep my dog on the table. My dog was choked by the lead they use on their tables multiple times, and was terrified, girl said we couldn't hold our dog up while she did them, and did a horrible job on the nails themselves. Very unsafe. read more

I've been here several times to get my cat's nails trimmed. You don't need an appointment. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Even if the women are busy they will stop when they can and take the 2 minutes to cut my cat's nails. The women are very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. Because they often don't have anyone working the desk, I suggest that they have a way to return voicemails quickly. I have left a message and it wasn't returned. This could potentially lead to missed business. Fortunately, I live close by and have always been able to get in quickly. read more

Please don't go here. They recently changed owners and lost their touch. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and their was no one there to even receive my dog. I'm actually glad that happened because from the recent visit the dog was shedding for the first time in 3 years. I don't recommend using this place, super unprofessional. read more

I was really impressed with how professional but also loving they were towards my dog. After being groomer he came out looking amazing but more than anything he didn't even want to go home with me which tells me that they treat him with the same amount of love that I would. My dog has always been afraid of grooming salons but not at Mani PETi. Also the prices were extremely reasonable and they didn't nickel-and-dime you it was an all included price. The staff is talented and super friendly and the owners are so nice and always accommodating. And to top it off, you must stop in and see Roman, the owner's 200 lb. English Mastiff, he's gorgeous!! Have gone here for the past few years and received excellent service at reasonable prices. Under new ownership and the prices have gone up......considerably. $90 to groom my 15 pound poodle mix (when the cost use to be $55) is robbery without a gun. I would avoid this business as most any other groomer will be much less expensive. Stay away!!!!!! read more

There is NO WAY I would ever take my dog back here!!!!! I dropped her off at 9:15. Called at 11:45, no answer. Called at 12:30, no answer. Called at 1:15, no answer. Finally, I went to the shop at 1:30 and she still wasn't finished. I was told that another customer came in and wanted her dog done first and straight through so my dog had to sit in a cage and wait. I own a SEVEN POUND DOG and it took almost FIVE HOURS to groom her. And, I left before they painted her nails because it took forever. Oh, and to top it off it cost $70!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I guess that's $10/lb! Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service! They spend more time chatting in the back of the store than taking care of the animals. Never again! read more

Took my Whoodle puppy here today and I was blown away by the friendly service. They did an amazing job with her and her hair cut is adorable. We took her somewhere else the first time we got her groomed and it was a traumatic experience for her. She wouldn't eat for days afterwards. This was a completely different experience and I couldn't be happier. Jenny was her groomer and she did a fantastic job. She spent extra time with her and asked exactly what we wanted and got to know her. It wasn't just a drop off - see you in a couple hours which was the experience I received at the other place. I highly recommend taking your fur-baby here. It's easy to make an appointment online on their website as well. read more

I've been going to Mani PETi for two years. I have a ten year old Maltipoo who is blind. She goes once a month to be groomed. I have never been disappointed with their grooming. They are so sweet to my dog. You can tell they are animal lovers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more
