I asked for the old to be transferred because they offered 10$ each to move them. I agreed, work completed. low tire sensor went off after 5 miles. Now I have to find another day off to bring it somewhere else because I don't want to keep wasting my time. Had they said no, we won't move them. I would pay for new TPM sensors. I then called the original salesman I had spoken with, who confirmed our appointment for the test drive. When I arrived at the agreed time, he greeted me with a grin and told me he had sold the car -- the same car I had been discussing with them for days and had a verbal appointment to buy. This dealership clearly does not value honesty, communication, or basic respect. If you expect professionalism or integrity, look elsewhere. Terrible experience at H&H Tire and Auto. This place plays games, doesn't honor appointments, and judges customers based on appearance. Absolutely unprofessional. H&H Tire and Auto showed me exactly how little they value customers.
