Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
