There was a roller that came unscrewed. Now, this still wasn't an easy task. Chip did a great job of troubleshooting all of our 4 slides and ended up replacing 4 rollers. They welcomed us with that famous southern charm and made us feel at home, knowing that the repair would take the entire day. They were incredibly straight forward and honest with us about what had to be done, vs. what really could wait, or didn't need to be done at all.
