This place seems to have an identity crisis, and I only went here because my preferred jewelry store sent me there while their jeweler was unexpectedly away. They seem to want to be a luxury store, but at least one of the Louis Vuitton bags they're hawking (yes, they're selling those) looked glaringly fake. Then they have these ridiculous patent shoes on offer. The majority of the actual jewelry displayed is lab created, though they do have some actual "real" stuff I think? Regardless, I was a bit hesitant to get my watch bands changed out here as I heard a lady in the back attacking a watch with what sounded like a hammer--to the point I actually asked her if she was hammering my watch. Nope, just another poor customer's whose watch back they couldn't re-secure. Totally bizarre. Then, they charged me to replace one band (which is odd; this something I have NEVER been charged for, as a free service like this usually leads to repeat shopping) and were rude about the other watch bands. (I mean, if I wanted to go to Walmart I wouldn't be at a jewelry store shopping for bands, would I?) I'm not sure where these other reviewers shopped and were "greeted warmly," but I felt like I was being icily glared at the entire time. Hard pass. read more

I had two beautiful rings carefully stored away for a few months. One was missing a stone and the other had worn prongs that was threatening the loss of the stones in that ring. I meant to get the rings repaired but just never found the right time. Well about two weeks ago I took the rings and visited Creative Jewelers. I was warmly greeted by the 3 employees when I entered. Matt and the owner studied the rings and they very kindly explained what was needed to get the rings repaired. I had questions and they checked to get the answers. They made sure I knew how long it would take and what the charge would be. Today I was notified that the rings were back- Right in the time frame they gave me. Wow! I love this place. Everyone is so helpful and they have the most beautiful pieces of jewelry. They have a big ole, fat cat that was taken in off the streets that will either greatly appreciate some love or let you be. The choice is yours. Lol.
