She asked me to send her pictures of items in our home that we liked and why. Then to our amazement, she has us come back in to view items that she picked for our room. She showed us on her computer everything from our new bed, dresser, end tables, lamps, bench and a chandelier. We loved everything that she showed us. We placed everything on order and waited for install day. Now, everyday I walk into my bedroom I have the biggest smile on my face. Friendly staff helped me figure out what the cute designer bar top fire extinguishers were for. They are fully charged and ready for use, they are intended to set atop your bar as a conversation piece. LOVE IT! A friendly explanation from the sales person of the store policy before purchase would have been helpful as well. The sales person was aware that I needed to check .I had asked the sale person for a sample of the fabric and the dimensions of the chairs. A fabric sample was not available but took the dimensions and a photo and took them home to measure with my existing table. The chairs we too low. I called the store 1 day later to cancel the delivery. These chairs were not delivered . I was new to AZ and had never heard of a restocking fee for an undelivered item. Bungalow received $800 from me that was pure profit . It cost them nothing . I received nothing . This situation could have been handled so many better ways by educating your staff, better communication with your customers in a way to encourage return business. One option could have been to offer me a credit to purchase other chairs . This could have been a fair win for both parties. Your tone of your response and the treatment I received your staff speaks volumes. It was an expensive lesson for me , just wanted to share to prevent similar experiences for others.

The founder decided to name the business after the company's original purpose which was a potato barn. It was a taste of vintage, rustic, contemporary furniture and decor.
