Payment was made at time of photo shoot. Other team members were trying to communicate with Gary about when pictures would be complete. He went back and forth for awhile with different excuses from being extremely busy, to a computer crash, then to family difficulties which everyone was very understanding even though pictures were being promised days and even hours after Gary's last response. He is no longer communicating with anyone and no one has received their paid photos. So beware if you use this company. You may never receive your photos but they will have received their payment.
