I liked the idea of tuning into an FM station for audio and being able to talk, or even be in a more private space to see the film. People that came to the theater after us were being served their order before us. It took almost 30 minutes before our order arrived.Both fries were cold and I didn't get my southwest fries. The server said he would go get them for me. I waited almost 10 minutes and got another server and after another 20 minutes the southwest fries arrived. The cheese was stone cold. I barely touuched them and the sandwhich had chicken on one side and no meet on the other side. After the movie, I requested to see the manager. The manager came and instead of apologizing he was combative. Stating to me that the southwest fries were not cold because he plated them . Saying to me " what do you want me to do?" Also stating that he is glad they have cameras, because he wants to get to the bottom of this. But never just apologizing. I informed him how my sandwhich had no chicken on 1/2 of it and he said that is the way they measure it. It was gross the way I was treated and I was reasonible. I told him I have no problem paying for my sons dinner and both drinks, but not mine. He accommodated me but was not apologetic. I have been going for years to this theater and it seems that the food has been inconsistant. The manager seemed more like he didn't care. I thought I would let you know. You go to have a good night. We highly recommend the Event Brothers!!!…read more We needed tables, chairs, and 3 heaters for a large event we were having in late Feb 2025. We looked online and randomly selected Event Brothers. They arrived on time. Perfect since as we all know planning an event you need everything to come together at the same (last minute) time. They offered to setup the tables which we promptly said, "YES". They wiped everything down and double checked that the heaters were in working order. They provided us a quick tutorial on how to work their heaters. We asked them for suggestions on where they would place them for our event --- we used their suggestions and they were spot-on. The Event Brothers were extremely personable and super-duper kind to our dear old Uncle who wanted them to help him start his broken heater. They took time to attempt to get it to work and eventually had to sadly inform him that it would be best if he just bought a new one. The whole family/friends said the same advice to Uncle the day prior, but when one of the Event Brothers told him... he finally heard. They arrived back the next day at the promised time. Quickly swooped up their items and headed on their way. When we have another event, we will use Event Brothers. Thank you.
