Dated and unkept not only in the trailer but throughout the park. When we complained the maintenance guy only asked how soon we were leaving. Tried to bill us for an additional 500 in the beginning. When we had NO hot water told me to take a shower in the public showers. Felt like I was living in the slums as a lot of places had trash etc stacked up outside. A lot of uncovered electric outlets - a hazard and dangerous! To top it all off the train comes by several times a night. Horrible experience!

They are now catering to more transient worker and shifting away from Winter Texans.
