I was referred to Natalie by a Realtor who had a good experience working with her before. Things started out great, Natalie was responsive and professional. I gave her floorplans of my home and met with her in person to go through the space. We laid out furniture together. She clearly knows her stuff as a stager. At her suggestion, I purchased additional curtain rods that she did not have in stock. I moved photographers and paid to expedite cleaners to accommodate her schedule because she was heading out of town on vacation. I signed her contract and gave her the 50% deposit we agreed on. The day before she was scheduled to complete the staging, she canceled. Natalie was extremely rude and unprofessional from that point on.
