Only my realtor worked with Jennifer but had great things to say about her vision when going through an initial walk-through. We chose her over another company and it was worth the price. Jennifer and her team staged our home that went on sale in September 2018. They did a beautiful job! We were really happy with the entire process from start to finish. Pros: 1) Jennifer came to our house and made sure that she went through every room. She gave very specific details on how she would stage each room, including where to place furniture to best maximize and show off the space. She really has a natural feel for how to best accentuate a living space. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her positive, friendly attitude. 2) Staged Coop has a lovely, modern esthetic that fits with lots of house styles. 3) I especially loved how the bedrooms were staged! The kids room was truly adorable. 4) De-staging was quick and easy. No drama. Cons: 1) The staging crew left a bit of a mess after the initial staging date, and I had to clean the floors a second time after they were finished. Incredibly disappointing! I went to an open house in East Oakland last year & saw a beautifully staged house. I almost forgot about the house flaws & bad neighborhood & made an offer because it was so nicely done. The agent gave me the contact info & I looked up Staged Coop on Yelp--everything looked good. I had 3 investment properties I wanted to sell so I contacted Staged Coop in August 2016 by email through their website form. I received no response. I contacted them by email again with no response. On the third try, I got a response & was told my email ended up in their spam folder. As it turned out, they were too busy to stage my properties in the timeline I needed. Fast-forward a year to August 23, 2017--I decided to sell my own house and wanted it staged. I looked up Staged Coop's phone number (no email/spam folder this time!) & called, leaving a VM message that I had a property in Oakland I wanted staged. Their message says they'll get back to you in 24 hrs, but for faster service, text them. So I texted in addition to the VM message. No response to the phone call or the text message for the past 2 weeks. In the last 12 months, I have contacted Staged Coop 5 times--3 emails, 1 phone call, 1 text. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. How do you run a business if you're not willing to contact the people who want to hire you? It is hard to reconcile the beautiful work with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. read more

I am not sure if Jennifer needs more raving fans, but figured there is no such thing as an extra 5-star review... I can sum up Jennifer's work in two words, - exquisite and distinctive. Working in real estate I see a lot of staged houses, which just blend in. Yes, they are neatly arranged and color coordinated, but yet dull in their conformity.
