WORK WITH MELISSA NAVARRO!! (:…read more Our adventure with buying our first house started a year and a half ago, right when Covid shutdowns started. My partner and I were watching the housing market go down just a hair, and we thought "hmmm. Why not hop in and see what we can get?" So we saw a listing for a property near us, clicked "request a tour" on Zillow, and within less than five minutes, we got a text from Melissa. Not only was she willing to show it to us, but she was already going above and beyond by asking us what other homes we were interested in (in case that one fell through), whether it was our first house or not, and even walking us through what things would look like after the tour. During the tour, she explained the different steps to buying a home, what the minimum down payment would be, etc. The minute we were both furloughed due to Covid, the house purchase fell through and we had to go on hold. But she didn't stop there. The entire time, she was checking in on us. It wasn't "hey do you want to buy yet?" It was "How are you? Is everyone safe and okay at home?" She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. A year later, we financially recovered to feel safe hopping back into the housing market, and boy what a market it was! I think we went through maybe 20 properties in total before we got an accepted offer- maybe even more. She was working with us well into the night to help us get our perfect home, and we are so thankful for it. Once we got an accepted offer, she laid out one of the most detailed contingency plans we could have asked for. As a first time home buyer, I went into this expecting to be overwhelmed and googling things left and right, but she did all the heavy lifting to make this whole process a breeze. She has the best references for a loan agent, inspectors, and even contractors for work on your future home. Once you get an offer, she doesn't disappear. She's there to stay and help you whenever you need. She really is the best.

It would flicker on and off and you have to manipulate the switch. The walls were covered in mold. The garbage disposal outlet never worked. We had plumbing issues and they never fixed it. She guided us through the process start to finish with her professionalism, communication, hard work and market knowledge, but with the same care and warmth. She made that process incredibly fast and effortless, bringing in multiple offers without a hitch. So, when we recently decided to buy a new home, returning to her was the easiest decision we could have made, and she completely exceeded our expectations once again. Rhonda perfectly balances being incredibly sweet with being fiercely professional. When we found a house we originally wanted, she drafted a flawless offer. Unfortunately, the sellers decided they wanted more than their asking price, and we were crushed. Rhonda didn't miss a beat; she immediately jumped into action, pivoted, and ended up finding us our absolute dream forever home. Knowing exactly what it takes to win in this market, she crafted the perfect offer letter and fought hard to get it accepted right before the house even hit its first weekend open house. After that, she put the entire process on cruise control for us. We closed in under 3 weeks, and we barely had to lift a finger. Rhonda handled absolutely everything and went far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent to take the stress out of the process. She scheduled all of our inspections and followed up on the findings, personally took specific photos of the house to satisfy our home insurance requirements, and seamlessly set up the title and signing. She even provided us with her trusted, local contact list for a handyman, cleaning person, and appliance repair. If you want an agent who will guide you with genuine care and handle every single detail from start to finish, call Rhonda. We are so incredibly grateful to be in our forever home!

I worked with Mark Andrilla from this company. I can't recommend him enough, he was fantastic, I…read morewould definitely choose him again in the future if I need it. I was looking for surveyors for a neighborly fence dispute and wanted to figure out the boundary. Out of all the companies I reached out to, they were not only the fastest to reply, but also the most helpful. I probably reached out to about 8 or 9 companies, most never replied, 3 total replied one of them just replied they would get back to me after a week (they never did), the other one quoted 12k for the work and where not transparent on what the work would actually be. Mark Andrilla from Cinquini was exceptional. Not only did we have a productive phone call where he explained the options for the survey, the different types (city manager had also requested a topo survey) and about placing flags on the boundary. He walked me through the pros/cons and went the extra mile pulling the parcel descriptions I was looking at. It turns out the zillpow and google maps lot boundaries are simplified, and the actual deeds for the 2 plots describe a zig zag border, which actually aligns with what I observed. Mark suggested me to first do an informal walk through and then figure out if it was worth going the extra mile and do a survey, he explained the costs and the state requirement to submit the survey to the state, a large cost in itself. In the end, I realized the current border zig zag, though visually it looks like encroaching, is actually barely so, perhaps an inch here or there, and not the several feet I thought there was. It's odd that the boundary between only these 2 parcels is not a straight line like for most others in the subdivision, but its clear as day in both adjacent parcel descriptions. In the end, Mark saved me the cost and aggravation of the survey and put to rest my concerns. He truly puts customers needs front and center, I fully recommend him.

The pool contractor suggested hiring a surveyor but he doubted I could get a rapid answer or that it would be a reasonable price. I located this company on Yelp and called them. I was immediately referred to Mike, one of their professional surveyors, who quickly assessed my issue and then promised to research the City records and call me the next morning. Not only did he call me the next morning but he found time in his schedule to visit my property that morning as well. Within an hour of arriving we had identified two buried property markers that established where my backyard property line was so pool construction could continued. In addition to the speed at which Matt delivered professional surveyor services, he was also a delightful person who taught me a lot about the job of surveying.... And yes, his prices were very reasonable and great value for the money I spent.
