Ive had so many issues with them, but always kept giving them…read morechances because I live so close to them so it was convenient.. but I am completely done now and want to warn everyone else about going to this place is so unprofessional, the most horrible front staff, and the owner who just wants to make so much money and don't care about the patients experience. Most of the time the Front Desk doesn't even answer the phone for the entire day. It just constantly rings or goes to voicemail even in the middle of the day.. recently it took me three hours to get someone to pick up then I try to book a lymphatic massage any day that week as I have a flexible schedule and everything was booked. She finally booked me for next week. I come in and had to wait 10 minutes to even check in which now I'm late... she's having a hard time looking for my appointment and then tells me that it's not for a massage. It's for a consult! I've been a patient for a many months!! clearly the person who booked it could see that I am a returning patient and have had massages there before. I found the owner and spoke to him and he had nothing to say.. and the staff said it was a misunderstanding. Clearly.!! they did not try to help all or get me in for their mistake. I'm done with this unprofessional and grabbing money business!! stay clear from this establishment!
