But all flavors of the tall chocolates referred to as mini-mousses are amazing! Unlike most of the stores in Switzerland on blisteringly hot summer days, the store actually has sufficient air-conditioning offering a pleasant escape! So linger for awhile.

Asking a few questions about the classes that were offered, we selected the 75 minute class and it was perfect for my wife and I. We were the only students. I have included a few images of the experience. We also made a few purchases to take home and the family enjoyed the assortment we brought home. I highly recommend the experience of chocolate making. You can buy a bigger one but it's better to eat it in the same day^^ I did also tried other delicious products such as black forest cake, lemon and also orange quark cakes, chocolates etc. Tschirren is a traditional Bern pastry shop and they recently have got competition from Zurich Sprüngli who opened a branch in Berne railway station.
