But all flavors of the tall chocolates referred to as mini-mousses are amazing! Asking a few questions about the classes that were offered, we selected the 75 minute class and it was perfect for my wife and I. We were the only students. I wish they had a sit-down cafe because they have cakes but no, you can only get them to-go. They stayed stable in the cold Swiss air.
